Eligible Investors in Israel

DB UK Bank Limited, (“DBUK” or “we”) may, from time-to-time, prospect clients in Israel and is required to make certain disclosures to its prospective clients. Amongst these is a requirement to detail the fund managers and structured products providers, which we work with, as well as detail the types of products or instruments which we may, in the future, market to an Israel eligible investor. The types of products we may offer to eligible investors are detailed below, as are our approved product partners in the attached document which is reviewed and updated on an annual basis.

The types of financial products and instruments that we may market to you or which our Portfolio management team may invest on your behalf include:

  • Single equities, single bonds (or similar fixed income instruments) and single convertible securities;
  • Collective investment schemes that invest in one or more underlying asset classes or financial products, including but not limited to Mutual Funds, OEICs, investment trusts, and SICAVs;
  • Structured products (being a combination of a derivative and another underlying financial instrument providing exposure to one or more asset classes or financial products);
  • Derivative instruments;
  • Hedge funds; and
  • Private market investments involving investment in financial products providing exposure to real estate and/or private equity, typically being long-term and/or illiquid investments, whether by way of a collective investment scheme (including but not limited to a limited partnership structure), or a direct investment.

With regards to Israel eligible investors, DBUK is engaged in investment marketing and not in investment advising as such terms are defined in the Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law 5755-1995.

DBUK may from time-to-time market certain products to you where it receives certain benefits when one of its clients purchases or sells such an instrument or a financial product. On these occasions, other similar financial products or instruments in relation to which DBUK receives no benefit, may also be available.

In Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as in Asia Pacific this material is considered marketing material, but this is not the case in the U.S.

No assurance can be given that any forecast or target can be achieved. Forecasts are based on assumptions, estimates, opinions and hypothetical models which may prove to be incorrect. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Performance refers to a nominal value based on price gains/losses and does not take into account inflation. Inflation will have a negative impact on the purchasing power of this nominal monetary value. Depending on the current level of inflation, this may lead to a real loss in value, even if the nominal performance of the investment is positive.
