Private Banker of the Year and 17 Euromoney awards for Deutsche Bank

 

Industry magazine Euromoney named Deutsche Bank’s Head of the Private Bank, Claudio de Sanctis, as the Private Banker of the Year 2026. Deutsche Bank received 17 awards at this year’s Euromoney Private Banking Awards, including World’s Best for Discretionary Portfolio Management, World’s Best for FX, and World’s Best for Real Estate Financing.

 

In a year of extraordinary competition and innovation, the jury also recognised Deutsche Bank’s Private Bank with numerous regional and national awards. The bank’s leading market position in its home market of Germany once again received special recognition.

 

According to Euromoney, the award for Claudio de Sanctis recognises his strategic leadership, excellence in strategic execution and relentless commitment to client success.

 

The title of Private Banker of the Year is one of the industry’s highest honours, awarded to individuals who demonstrate exceptional strategic insight and achieve transformative growth. Under his leadership, the bank has elevated its client service standards, expanded its product portfolio and reinforced its leading position as a trusted advisor to Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, and institutions worldwide.
